Only these three go on the new project. Consultants and subcontractors are added per project from its Directory, and any of these can be changed there later.

Registers

The Directory is on every project. A register can be switched on or off later from the pencil on the project card.

Nothing can be signed on a new project until its approval slots name real people. That is set up per project after the people have been invited; the Settings tab shows which slots are unset.

Edit project

Details shown on the dashboard and printed on notices. The escalation threshold and chaser interval live in the register's Settings tab.
